Young Scholars Program 

The Young Scholars Program is an opportunity for high school students to participate in an authentic research experience at a world-class research university, under the mentorship of a faculty member or graduate student. We currently are recruiting students who are local to Urbana, Illinois and Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Research Experience for Undergraduate Students 

POETS REU program is a ten-week summer research program that provides undergraduate students with an opportunity to explore careers in research. This program places students at one of its four universities: Howard UniversityStanford UniversityUniversity of Arkansas,  and University of Illinois. All expenses are paid including a $5,000 stipend, housing, and airfare (for non-Stanford participants only), and support to present research at national conferences.
